Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) - Agents with this designation have completed an in-depth course on Short Sales and Foreclosures. Due to the current high rate of distress sales, the demand for agents who know how to work with banks and distressed homeowners has grown. I can help homeowners avoid foreclosure by working with their lender in a "short sale" or help them keep their home if they qualify for a modified loan through the Making Homes Affordable program now in place. Prior to moving to Houston, I was a full time licensed real estate agent in Conway, Arkansas, for 3 years with a Century 21 franchise. Previous experience includes 8 years banking and mortgage financing and 7 years in broadcast advertising sales.

I live in Northwest Houston in the Cypress/Tomball area. My real estate background includes 16 years in Houston and 2+ years in Conway, Arkansas. I am originally from Monroe, La. where I attended Northeast Louisiana University. My background includes working in advertising/ marketing as well as banking / mortgage lending. Working with both buyers and sellers, in new and re-sale homes, gives me a broad prospective of the residential market here in Northwest Houston. I enjoy getting to know my clients on a personal level and helping to make their home transitions smooth and worry-free. Real estate is my full time career and I feel like my experience and background benefits my clients.
